Darly David joined Lawson & Weitzen, LLP as a Partner in 2012. Ms. David’s practice consists of a broad range of transactional real estate matters including acquisitions and dispositions, development and financing and condominium association representation. She concentrates her practice in representing buyers, sellers, lenders, developers and condominium associations in commercial and residential transactions, including financings, purchases and sales, and condominium developments, conversions and governance issues.
Ms. David's real estate law services comprise of: providing commercial and residential real estate title services to national and local banks and mortgage lenders; assisting companies and Community Development Corporations with the purchase, sale, development and refinance of real estate; counseling Developers of mixed use and residential condominiums in the acquisition, development and sale of condominium units; advocating for buyers and sellers in commercial real estate transactions; and advising condominium trustees in matters of condominium control and governance.
Ms. David has been a guest lecturer at Massachusetts Bar Association continuing legal education seminars, discussing current real estate law topics. She frequently lectures at financial planning and first time home buyer seminars.
