Kenneth B. Gould

Partner

Ken Gould, a partner with Lawson & Weitzen since 1997, has been practicing in the areas of commercial real estate transactions, affordable housing transactions, and financing transactions since 1980. He combines a deep knowledge of the legal issues with his four decades of perspective and judgment on the business implications involved in negotiating terms of real estate transactions. To his clients, Ken is an invaluable guide through the most complex closings and has a unique ability to explain complicated legal issues while working to achieve their goals. He is a creative thinker and problem solver whose work is always client focused.
