Scott Griggs specializes in defending the interests of long term care and other health care providers in professional liability litigation and employment and regulatory actions, as well as corporate, employment, real estate, and contractual disputes. Scott also handles landlord/tenant cases for commercial landlords.  He has established a record of success at trial, obtaining defense verdicts in several nursing home professional liability cases, and his team is adept at effectuating efficient results for landlords in evictions and tenant disputes. As former Vice President and General Counsel of Harborside Healthcare, a national provider of skilled nursing services, Vice President and Assistant General Counsel of The Berkshire Group, and Staff Counsel to The Fafard Companies, Scott brings a keen sense of economic efficiency to his practice.
