Meet Molly Carroll, a results-driven, hard-working, and personable lawyer. Molly’s experience working with a diverse range of businesses and assisting with both litigation and corporate matters has shaped her ability to understand client priorities and spot key issues in order to produce favorable results. Molly first joined Lawson & Weitzen as a law clerk, working on various matters involving both litigation and corporate/transactional matters. 

After graduating from law school, in 2019, Molly joined the firm as a full-time associate. She has focused her corporate practice in mergers and acquisitions within the professional services industries, specifically with architecture, engineering and construction (a/e/c) firms. She assists clients with due diligence matters, contract drafting, licensing, and closing strategies. Before even becoming an associate, as a law clerk Molly helped close a number of multi-million dollar acquisitions. In addition, Molly also represents clients within the alcoholic beverage industry.

Molly is a member of the New Agenda, an organization dedicated to improving the lives of women and girls and volunteers with organizations working towards mental health awareness. She enjoys cooking, sports, and travelling.
